Emma Avhede set up the business in 2010. She has a background in Human Resources at a Senior Level and has worked internationally for many years. She understands the importance of maintaining staff/patient wellbeing and the challenges that organisations face in today’s climate.
Emma’s vision is simple and clear – to make wellbeing services accessible to more clients and to enrich people’s lives by supporting their wellbeing. She wanted to set up an organisation to offer clients a “moment in time” to escape everyday stresses and pressures. Emma prides herself on offering the full wellbeing package – from advice and planning to implementation, and has a key focus on working in close partnership with clients.
As well as the core Management Team – HÄLSA have a fantastic team of Holistic therapists, Yoga teachers, Nutritional experts, Sleep Consultants, Wellbeing Advisors and Administration staff across the UK.
Rebecca works within the Management Team at Hälsa Wellbeing as a Business Development Manager. A key focus of her role is helping businesses to look after their most important asset – their people.
As a CIPD qualified professional, she has over 10 years’ experience in generalist HR, specialising in Recruitment and Learning and Development. This has given her the perfect exposure to understand the importance of wellbeing in the workplace.
After gaining a solid foundation of business acumen within a corporate backdrop, she is committed to providing cost-effective and bespoke wellbeing solutions to organisations.
Charlotte has a professional background within the Public Sector and joined HÄLSA in 2015. She completed an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology and Full Body Swedish Massage in 1998 and in the same year qualified in the Usui System of Reiki, Level 1 and 2. Charlotte is also qualified in Seated Acupressure Massage and various other massage techniques. Charlotte is responsible for Team Recruitment and ensuring that we meet the training needs of our clients and team. She also manages a number of our key clients across the UK.
Emma joined Halsa Wellbeing as a Wellbeing Associate in 2021. Emma previously worked in the legal industry for over ten years, before re-training and qualifying as a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist in 2019. Emma’s goals are to nurture peoples’ minds and bodies, helping them to feel like the very best version of themselves in a simple and natural, holistic way. Emma enjoys simple, mindful activities, connecting with nature and is described by her peers as being ‘Calm’, ‘Thoughtful’, ‘Peaceful’ and ‘Pure’.
